Richard specialises in streamlining processes to make them easier for people to use. He manages our highly advanced and fully integrated system at Massimo Plans that enables us to process our clients’ claims, payments and paperwork more quickly and
efficiently.
Richard has over 25 years’ experience in business development, management and information technology across a wide range of industries including healthcare, finance, IT, retail, hospitality, and education. Most of all, Richard is passionate about customer service. He is committed to providing innovative, user-friendly solutions that deliver the very best level of service and quality assurance to our clients.
Manny Gerasimou
Client Liaison
Manny is a real people person. His down-to-earth, hands-on approach comes from many years’ experience in disability employment services where he managed job development, employment and training for clients with disabilities and mental health conditions.
Manny’s extensive background in healthcare and disability services gives him a unique understanding of the needs of our clients, participants and service providers. It also gives him the knowledge and expertise to deliver practical and effective solutions that set Massimo Plans apart from many other plan managers. Manny has a significant business and community network and he holds current relationships with top tier aged, disability and community service providers, as well as the broader business community.
